(TSE:7011\/”MHI”) and Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE:6501\/”Hitachi”) today announced that Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Ltd. (MHPS) , the new company to be established by the business integration centered on the thermal power generation systems of MHI and Hitachi in tandem with the launch on February 1, 2014, will launch 58 MHPS group companies (nine companies in Japan and 49 companies in other countries). Among them, four companies, including MHPS, will be newly established, and 30 companies will simultaneously undergo a change of their corporate name.
